Going to be running predominantly 1/8 mile (local DR class). Low 5s would be nice

If Tim Linch uses it, THEY WORK. I think its the best boost controller hands down. We use NOS for a presure source, because all tracks will have NOS if you run out or have a leak.

Most should have CO2 also since its commonly used for air shifters and whatnot...at least my local track does

i would love to go wiith one of those but the S88 just fits!!! i might be stuck with a S91 or Y2K 91 as a max size turbo i would love to see the S series in a BB turbo in the future

I have heard from some folks that the MSD boost controller is more accurate and consistant than the ams 1000. Anyone using it?

with seeing the AMS1000 work its magic i would be super impressed to see one better!!!!!

What are the advantages of the AMS-1000? Do you engine management systems not have the ability to control boost?

Ive Talked to Petty in person about the AMS1000 and the MSD. He said ya cant go wrong with either.

AMS1000s boost control strategy is much more advanced than BS3s

well my GT47 pretty much "just fit" and this monster is definately bigger. compressor is about .75-1" bigger in diameter and the turbine is HUGE.
