We should have the GTO chassis at our shop in several weeks. The heads will be on their way shortly to Wilson to have the intake fabricated. We're shooting for the LSX Shoot-out with this car, hopefully we get time to shake it down before then. Bob

Excuse my newbness but what's so amazing with these engines? Is Warhawk the company that assembles this, is it made from Warhawk parts? What makes it better from any other engine build with top of the line parts/assembly?

It looks intense!

Warhawk block is made by World Products. I believe they do an ls7 head as well? Its basically a very strong aftermarket block for people making insane amounts of HP. Some people choose the warhawk block, others the lsx block. I believe the warhawk is more expensive but people have been having success with both. The internals will vary from build to build though as bore, stroke, pistons, rods, rings, etc will be up to the customer.
