Texas RMT intercooler
You'll have to remove the foam bumper insert and section the front bumper supprt to install it. Also will need to cut the front bumper some for airflow. (I went a bit extreme on the latter.....
) The only real downside is that there are no provisions to reattach the lower bumper to the frame after install. I used 2x big zip-ties. Never would know if I didn't mention that.You'll need a saw-zall or similiar to cut the bumper support. It's pretty thick.
Install took about 6 hours total.

Also seen a couple pics on this site where people lay the intercooler parellel to the ground (securing it with metal straps) to keep from cutting the nose at all. https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...=627907&page=2 (Look 1/2 way down the page.
