Awful day at the dyno, could it be the turbo?

If it were the springs the boost would most likely drop then recover due to valve float.
Inlet to the turbo is a huge factor in any FI app, if it cant breathe, all it will do is choke it.
Also, just beacouse you have stock cats that work, doesnt mean his car is fine.
OP, try measuring backpressure before the cat. Backpressure will kill any hp that should have been gained.
As such, i had a cts-v here with a blower on it, 27lbs backpressure due to junk cats. We picked up over 75hp dropping the cats.
Either way, if it is a restriction or anything of such, you WILL need a re-tune.
