dynapak dynos prolly...
i dont know how those dyno in comparision to dynojet/mustang.
If you got us graphs of your pulls we could be more help. Id say your getting close to being out of injector aswell. Also you probably need some stiffer vavle springs in those heads. Were the dyno's done with the cutout open?

I totally agree with you. I have a custom sumped SS tank, -10 feed, -8 return, aeromotive pump and boost reference regulator with 60lb injectors and aftermarket rails. The problem is that I am putting the turbo kit on my stock block, for now, and the 370 that is built with L92/l76 combo and the injectors/rails won't fit on my LS6(shorties, etc). So I didn't want to go all out and buy a bunch parts I won't be using for too long. Beside, I won't be pushing it hard since I too will be on the stock drivetrain. Shooting for no more than 500rwhp, about 5psi or so max. Otherwise, ya it would be pointless but I basically had the walbor and 42's borrowed to me until the 370 is transplanted.

Mine idles at 800 with 96's, all in the tune. If I wasn't going to push a lot of power, I'd run the motron 60's and be done with it. Those are easy to tune down, and can support a lot of power if you push them. I'm the over build it kind of guy.

That is what the tunner said at the time. I was running out of injector, but with all those things I still think I am a little low in my numbers. I originally thought 500hp/500tq at the wheels easily but no cigar.

I have the racetronix and Motron 60lbers. Stock bottom end. Just upgraded to LS6 valvesprings and hardened pushrods. I see you changed the cam. Did you do the springs too? 7psi, 508rwhp. Not sure what to tell you. Your cam should be helping you too. Is your turbo choked out? You have emissions, right? I took all that off. I bet I would be lower if I put cats and the air pump back on.

I have the racetronix and Motron and 42lbs. I have 918's valve springs. I took emission out already, no air pump or anything like that. Its a 2001 so I have the ls6 intake. Its weird, something has to be wrong but the car runs okay.

Really need more info, especially the dyno-graphs. A low AFR will hurt power and timing set too low will absoltely kill power as well. As example, my car's set to a pretty conservative 11.0 to 1 AFR and a not so conservative 20 degrees of timing. That was good for 453RWHP on 5PSI. The FIRST run of the day was 10.2 to 1 AFR and 16 degrees of timing (I had it way conservative before the dyno ) That run only netted 376RWHP! So, leaning out the AFR by .8 and adding 4 degrees of timing increased 73RWHP.
Your parts combo looks good. I'd look at the duty cycle of those 42lb injectors too. For my personal application, I was in the 90% range on my 42's and stepped up to 60's. Not sure why my car likes to chug gas...... but that's what I saw.
Good luck.
