Default HELP ATI Tensioner bolt.......

Ok, quick question. I am installing a D1SC on my 2002 TA. While tightening the tensioner bolt at the top of the bracket, the head of the bolt f#*king broke off. What in Zeus' *** should I do now?

If you broke the head off then you probably had it WAY too tight in the first place. The belt doesn't have to be that tight. Anyone know if that bolt just screws out? I can't remember. If so just take it down to your local hardware store and get another one.

Did the same dam thing running the 10 psi pulley just take the U shape bracket that holds the head unit off and get some vice grips and back the bolt out then go get a bet that is one size smaller so the bolt won't go in so far to get it tight. ask for a all thread grade 8 bolt and use some antics on it.
