Thinking about going FI (STS Turbo)
- Buy STS kit
- Throw out cold side piping, have new fabbed.
- Throw out hot-side piping, refab
- Throw out silicone connectors supplied, buy good ones
- Upgrade oil pump
- Ditch valve cover return, drill oil pan
- Upgrade wiring
- Toss worm-gear clamps and replace with t-clamps
- Upgrade turbo
- Build cage to support turbo out back, as exhaust hangers do a shitty job
- Install, and go nearly as fast as an APS car for 160% of the price!

I'm talking to the drag racing "dig" crowd here. From a roll, forget it. High-power STS cars are damn near the best roll-racing setup there is, IMO. Get a driver who knows brake-boosting and how to row, game over for anyone in the opposite lane.
From a stop, the car's just not that great.

His boost was dropping and toby cant drive. I know your car is quick but a good built aps will perform way better with alot less work. But GEETEEO has it right once you surpass that 500 hp mark some things become worthless on the STS. Plus to have it good for daly use STS with big motor require alot more detail.
