Anyone with the Ebay kit have a problem with the wastegate bolting up?

Nothing wrong with a little tinkering...especially if you don't have tons of $$$ laying around.

yeah i know but everyone has been warning otehrs not to get the kit.... cause if all you are using it for is plumbing i think there are better ways to go about it..... but its not the end of the world so no biggie..... make it work!

if the only problem is the wastegate dump wont line up perfectly it is still well worth the money.. under 1k for stainless hot parts is unheard of.

it might cost him 25 bucks max to fix this problem.. believe me any turbo kit you get will have unseen costs.. but 4k for a complete turbo system is alot cheaper then 7-8k

Its very appealing to us budget guys...especially since they now SELL hot parts only for like 700 bucks! I might jump on it since I really want to replumb my kit that I have now.

Absolutely! Mine works without a problem.

Hell, I just got done installing my new BOV right now... I'll make a thread later. It's the Turbosmart Megasonic... Charge pipe came with a Greddy style flange. Turbosmart sold me the Megasonic with an adapter fitted to it to fit a Greddy style... I have yet to make a modification on this kit.

are you running the actual pts/ptk kit or the ebay clone??
