A 50 shot would do great, I did that with my old P1SC car and it really woke it up in the summer, but most local stuff is single power adder only. I'm not complaining about it really, I enjoy racing in the heat about as much as the car likes it, but the car is sitting here so I may as well do something with it

Thats getting it done!

I feel you there, nothing like getting in a 3 layer fire suit, helmet and gloves when its 100* outside.

Especially when its a black car with T-tops and sunny.

This year I bought the fancy new G-Force lightweight 3.2A/5 jackets/pants. What a HUGE difference over the old Simpson stuff I had that felt like winter clothes. Makes it a little more bearable but its still hot, I look at it as free weight loss..

Since I'm posting I may as well put some decent pics up I took Saturday morning before I left since I'm thinking of putting it up for sale soon. 10 years old and still looks pretty good on the original paint..

Sounds like you are having great fun KP!!!! Its hard to have fun in the heat. Your suspension/60' has always been one of the top dogs here.

Well having fun is what its all about. I hate the heat but its kind of hard to avoid around here. Its not even so much the heat but the humidity is the killer. But the nice thing about doing the heads up stuff is there is no waiting in the staging lanes. You get called up and you go, busy T&T days are brutal sitting in the staging lanes for an hour in the heat never knowing when you are going to go, thats the worst..

Plus every pass is wide open, not like bracket or index where sometimes you have to let off to win. My car wasnt really fast enough to win either of these races, but sometimes just getting down the track clean every round can get you a win.

Damn, if I were to ever buy a car already completed instead of building one, yours would be at the top of the list! I'd hate to see you sell it!

Just getting bored, I'd like to go a little quicker but this is such a great zero maintenance and safe package I hate to spend the 10-20K I need to step it up another second and screw it up. Figure it may be easier to pick up a nice 25.2 or 25.5 94+ mustang (I like the bodystyle) and do a SBF F2/F3. Just so many parts available for those things..
