he has already said he will not race it at the event, he does not like the track. There has been talk of renting SAR on monday for the big 6 speed players to duke it out, doubt it will happen though.

Who said anything about the track, I want a piece of it on the highway

and a small update for those who said I would never spool the 98mm with this combo..... it reaches full boost at 5000 rpm, 8000 shifts.

Ok, on a more serious note I don't think it's going to be a very fun car to drive, but anything will spool with enough RPM. If you are going to drag race it you can always build boost with a 2 step / retard. I could see this being fun on the street but not with a 6 speed. If you are after 1700 HP though, this is the turbo you need.

Why not go to an 88mm with the 6spd? Will be much more fun to drive due to having a more useable power band?
Congrats on gettin it up and runnin What gear did you use to reach full boost by 5000? Would love to see the MPH on a standing mile run with 30psi.

After hearing what the initial numbers on low boost this thing is going to be nasty turned up. Congrats Dom and I'll be by the shop at the end of the week hopefully.

Damn 5000rpm is a lot (if your not joking) maybe you should get 3.73 with 315/60/15 in the rear the car will spool faster

That motor will never see 30psi. of boost. If it do's it will once. The heads or the head gaskets will be on the side of the road! Unless I missed something his motor is a standard iron block with 4 bolt head's. Not much more power over 1100rwhp with out leakage.

I just did some re-reading on your setup. Filled block and o-ringed. The car you were refering to that went 6's weighed 2***lbs.? Unfortunatly there is just not enough bolts to hold down a LShead unless it's a 6 bolt design.
You will eventually push water.Your turbo will have no mercy on your motor.
This is why I went with a LSX block this time around.

I will argue this with you. I'll put money on the fact this car won't push water but won't say why. This is coming from the shop that has the record for fastest stock suspension nitrous car and isn't pushing water. Everyones got their secrets.
