I keep telling my self she's almost ready

I'm sure all my friends and family think I'm all talk considering I've been saying it would be done soon for the past year and a half. Like you my drive is starting to go away. The idea of it ever being completed is so hard to comprehend. It has just been one set back/let down after another for as long as I can remember.
If you need a tune let me know I have a 383 d1 and have run the thing for 6 years with not any issues. the only thing I had to do was pin my crank this year finally spun my crank hub.
car run 10 .40s @130 mph at 3925lbs

I love my setup and car.

This is partially why i made my car track only now. When i get tired of dealing with it, I let it sit in the garage for a while, then tackle the issue at a leasurly pace. The drive always comes back every time I go to the track, or hang out with more motivated people .

PAT-MAN - don't get discouraged, i've run turbos on my stangs for almost 20 years, started back in 1990 with my 88 coupe. what i've learned most of all is the simple method of K.I.S.S. I don't know how many guys I watched (trust me I tried to help) over complicate what should be a very simple set-up. Any breakage or mishap with my car was directly related to me doing somethig stupid (ie: running WAY to much boost). I set up a buddy of mine's 5.0 GT stang back in 1997 with a single turbo kit and to this day the car is a daily driver (unless weather is terrible). Dead reliable.

BTW, if you don't know - KISS means Keep It Simple Stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KEEP THE FAITH!!!

I have over 20000 miles on a few different blower setups in the last 5 years and only had a few minor problems. I have not had to rebuild a motor yet tho.... so well see how that goes this winter.

Just remember that these cars can really be nice to drive if they are setup right

I hear ya! That is why I'm only running 4 lbs of boost right now. Waiting for the best time to turn up the boost ($$$). I still have the drive line to contend with first.
