What to do about tuning?
What to do about tuning? I am putting a stock lq4 in my 98 formula and plan on a truck manifold turbo.My question is,what do I need to do as far as tuning for 500-550rwhp.Will I need to get a piggy back(maf t pro) or a will someone be able to tune the stock computer for 10 psi.I know I'll have to change the map to 2-3bar to achieve my goal.I'm not looking to build a race car yet,but I would like to eventually build the motor to handle higher boost.
Also I'm wondering if anybody knows of a good tuner in central Pa.I see Rapid motorsports does some tuning.Anybody ever used them for this?
