EXACTLY... i have yet to see an aftermarket built motor with the long term durablilty of a stocker. they are all time bombs, no need to point out the obvious is what i'm saying

the hp is cool and all, but were do you find a lq9 for 750?

don;t say the junkyard, you gotta have a hook up right? I can't find one for less then 2k out here.

I bought the motor from a JY. It was Russian Roulette as it came from a burnt Escalade. Turned out to be a really good game of Russian Roulette as it took my 6000lb extended cab into the 11's and made over 800hp in Dave's GTO.

Not bad for $750 at all, we will see how long she lasts. She has been fully broken in now.

i payed $1000 for my 05 LQ9 from a motor core supplier. complete long block from intake to oil pan.

Me too. Was able to sell a bunch of stuff off of it to recoop some of the cost.

Awesome tuning from TJ at Baker Egnineering and Running 100% 110 Racing Gas all of the time also helps keep these stock engines together.
Wait until we change the exhaust hausing to lower the the high back pressure, I would like to see 850plus at 15lbs
