Powersteering pressure is 1200-1600 at full lock, regular stainless steel braid line will burst.

It must be a high pressure (3000+ burst 2000 WP) hydraulic line

Yea, I'd be careful with regular braided hose on PS, you can take your stock one to a regular truck hose shop and get a longer piece of high pressure hose put on and keep it away from the turbo stuff.

And yes motor oil, trans fluid, power steering and brake fluid will catch on fire if it gets hot enough and its a bitch to put out - just like a grease fire on the kitchen stove.
