1) Chris made a custom screen for the blower.
2) MAF needed still, perhaps we can discuss that in another thread.
3) Email him and ask him: znines@earthlink.net
Bos, it's in the process of getting wired.

Yeah the T-bar clamps are on the list, just could not get them in a timely fashion and so far they are like $9 each from McMaster Carr, anyplace cheaper? I need like 8-10 of them..

I got my clamps at Aeroquip...i think 5 bux each
Do you keep ANY of the foam bumper stuff? I think the intercooler placement is nice if you have some reinforcement still for the nose so it doesn't start flapping in the breeze at 100+ mph

Napa has tbolts for about $5 or so a piece.
If you can't find them at napa, RRE has them for $6 a pop.

the road race engineering ones are VERY nice. I bought them for my car and was pleased with their construction.
Looking good John!

Everything is done except for the FAST wiring.
The FAST wiring should be done before the end of the week.
Since I have to retain the factory pcm and harness, we also had to keep the MAF for some functions.
Once I can convince Cartek to make a crank signal conversion box that phases the crank and cam sensors I can ditch the pcm and harness.![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
Brian my car is outside right now.

There is no comparison do the math on the area of the core between the two units. Take into account the internal fin design that we use verse theres. We get several manufactures cores and run them against ours constantly. They are just a name and the only reason the have a name is because they sell mass amounts. They dont make specific coolers they just generalize horsepower levels to what they have and put the tanks of your choice on there. We custom tailor to application specifics. As far as heads up i say we get PSJ to throw a fogger system on his ride or talk you into going on a 64 cubic inch diet. Neither of which will ever happen. If you guys want i have a friend with a near 700 hp WRX. Ever try and play catch up to a 4 cylinder AWD? LOL

A very unfortunate criticism of the world's leading intercooler manufacturer. I asked neutral third parties and the consensus was that Spearco was of much higher quality.

John do you have an idea of when you might be dynoing the car. I am in a holding pattern right now in creating any new designs for F-bods right now. I have an S-TRIM bottom/side inlet and center/top outlet being built right now as soon as i have it done i will post it. Also have a couple of radiators i will post some pics of too.

Stealth, is that bigger than an 8 rib setup, looks like more than 8 ribs, can't exactly see though...
