It is not a ticking sound don't seem to have any exhaust leaks or ticking sounds it just sounds like it is sucking air in from somewhere or there is too much water in the tail pipe which i am pretty sure is not the case. but if you ever put a boat in the water when your truck had part of it's exhaust under water, not completely but partially that is more of what it sounds like perfomance is still the same.
