Brent was comparing how a car they just tuned a car with a procharger took 8.5 seconds to get to 800 hp mine rips through the run in 5 seconds and shoots up to 6000 rpm like nothing

T400 Used it last year with 850ish rwhp. Very efficient converter. I liked it so well I bought the company....actually just bought another Chance with the same ProMod MDX stator but is bolted together.

8.5 seconds? Holy ****, why so long? An 800 HP car will run 10's at a minimum, how in the hell is it taking 8.5 seconds to get to peak? Hell, 5 seconds is too long. Mine makes 740 RWHP and takes maybe 2.5 seconds to make a pull.

Might have been stickshift which won't zing through the lower rpms like a big converter setup.
Any idea what it dynoed unlocked? I never went and redynoed my car after I swapped the TCT blower converter out for the PTC turbo converter (did 867rwhp with the TCT).

We're seeing six hundred and some horse with this T/A, clearly the converter is slipping so badly that it can't produce anything close to the numbers it is really making. Bob

It hit full boost (tial 10psi) at around 4400, this is with the converter not holding it down.
We cranked it up to 13 or so, and you could see the converter just not even trying lol.
Time for re-stall (possibly trans brake/ 3step , hint hint)
I wish Chance did 4l80e stalls with lock up.
And yes, this 91mm is LOUD and hits super hard.
The reason it takes time, is we have a load cell dyno, the dyno jets just wait for the wheels to catch up.
