i had a .81 or .83 or .86 exhaust housing on mine. It was a honda civic 1.8 with a 5 bolt down pipe. my 38mm waste gate did fine at 10lbs of boost, it was turned up to 20lbs but it was fine on 10lbs without the mbc. I would try somewhere in the .8x a/r its almost the best of booth worlds. quick spool with decent power

As for E85... since I do DD this thing, doesn't it get crappy gas mileage? I know... The PTK done right like myself, Nick, Kevin and others, is fine for running as hard as you can on the street and the strip. I run it a tad harder..

Nick and I are talking about some ideas and some of his many new options
no worries mate. i think nick has some intresting ideas.

E85 would cause higher gas mileage,i think its about 30% or something. but think of the benifits. more power form the same boost. no need for a meth system any more. or keep the meth and run super cool intake temps...

what size and style turbos are the TTi guys using??

Chris.
