Ryan,
We came to the (Most Likley) conculsion that he was feeding the turbo to much oil. Causing oil to push past the seals. He is running a high volume oil pump. I have run into the same problem several times.
When talking to him on the phone he stated that with the drain line off to check flow and the car running at idle. The drain line was moving oil like a water hose. That is great and all for the drain line, but shows that the turbo is reciving way to much oil.
Simple fix is to use a restrictor on the feed line. There are sevral ways to go about this. The restricor will allow hime to taper the oil flow to the turbo down to the where it needs to be.

Sorry I missed this....holiday F.T.W!!.
Also yes!!!!....high volume oil pumps and Turbos DON'T MIX. It will push oil out of the turbo FAST. Turbos are not rated for that kind of oil flow....no matter whether Garrett, Turbonetics, BW...etc. Oil restrictor like Josh said will take care of it. Make take a good bit of idling to clear it up. Don't drive it around with it leaking like that. The oil will coke to the turbine ring and then really screw things up. If you catch it soon enough it will clear itself up. If to late, then the unit will have to be serviced.
