Fuel system help with a solid roller D1 car please!
Well I finally got my car up and running and I have a few questions as to some issues with the fuel system.
First off, like every mass air car the MAF stops around 4k rpm or so and we had to add fuel with the PE talbes in LT1 edit. We did that until the injectors started to max out around 4800rpm or so. I believe the injectors were at max duty cycle before 5k when we shut it down. The other issue is that I have a boost/vac ref. fuel pressure regulator and I see 1psi for 1psi, and it did increase as I was going up. I started with 48-50psi and it got up to 60psi around 10psi of boost then dropped off sharply and dipped below 50psi of fuel pressure when I let off.
So I'm all sorts of confused. It has a single intake RaceTronix kit, with MSD 50# injectors and no FMU.
I didn't get a graph of the A/F but here is a little bit more about the car. What do you guys think???? I still have another 2k rpms to go and the boost is still climbing so I don't think its going to be enough, injector or pump.
