Default 106mm or 91mm

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I found two good deals, one on an air research 91mm turbo and the other on a g-trim precision 106mm turbo.
This is the plan:
Car: 1996 chevrolet caprice
Engine: texas speed Iron 408 short block between 9:1-9.5:1 CR
232/240 EPP cam 115LSA
stage II ported L92 heads
L76 intake manifold
90mm TB
Transmission: Outlaw transmissions 4L80E rated at 1,000 HP and somewhere around a 3000 stall with 3:73 gears.

I don't even know what I want for overall power but I guess what ever it ends up being, it will be a surprise. I was thinking atleast 700rwhp. The question is, do I go with the 91mm or the 106mm? I've heard of people running 101 and 106's with 400ci+ LS motors but I want to know if I will be able to make it spool. The car is going to be on the street a good deal so I don't mind if it takes the turbo a little while longer to get up to boost that way I'm not making reciculous power in the lower RPM's. The plan was to push somewhere around 15PSI give or take. Please any opinions would be great. The sooner the better, I'm getting anxious.

Wow for that kind of build up a full frame 91 would do the job. 106 is WAY overkill.

Alright guys well I appreciate the feedback. 91mm it is. I was kinda leaning towards it anyway being that it will save me about $500. I'll post more updates on the build at a later time.

looks like its gonna be a good build. i would go with an 88. im probably going to go with a single 106 im going to try to hit 1400rwhp on c16. but if i were u go with a 400 an 80e with that much power and weight im sure it wont last like a 400.

See I thought about doing the th400 but I really do enjoy having overdrive being that this is going to be street driven. I think the 4L80E should be able to hold up for the occasional run at the strip. Does anyone have any guesses as to what the most power this combo could make? I'm figuring somewhere around 475hp before turbo.

You should be able to make over 1000 rwhp. Might want to rethink the outlaw trans, I've heard a lot of bad stuff about that shop.

if your only wanting "atleast" 700whp then a 76 will be able to get the job done with some nice spool for the street even.

Honestly I was hoping for "atleast" 700rwhp. Everything else would just be for bragging rights. Besides who needs 700 when you can have 1000. Well if anyone else has heard bad things about outlaw transmissions please let me know. I don't want to drop $3500 on a bad deal. Does anyone else know of some shops that build a strong 4L80E capable of handling the power I'm planning on making?

There are a few guys on here making close to 1000rwh with the 80. If I am not mistaking MightyMouse is running one on his setup still.
