Depends on the level of power you are wanting to make?

You are wanting to much power out of a t4...it will be much happier with a larger turbo.

What turbo size are you using now with the 730 rwhp in your signature?

I am no expert but I think 850RWHP can be had with T4.

850 can be done with a T4, but backpressure will be VERY high.

What is the smallest sized piping T6 framed turbos require? 3" Downpipe/ 3" Intake?

4" intake typically with 3.5" downpipe after you reduce it from the 5" outlet flange. This will only apply to the smaller T6 units.

Upto what turbo size is the 3.5" dp good enough? S80, S85 or S88?

So the back pressure issues are really dependent on the size of the Exhaust housing (T4/T6)? Or can you step up to a larger turbo (say 76 - 80) on the same frame and lower the back pressure?

With your size motor you really need a t6 flanged turbo. You can out the biggest, best flowing exhaust wheel in a t4 flange and it will still have high backpressure.

The PT88 is a great T4 flanged turbo and seems to be happy at 800. Now when the boost is put to it I am sure the back pressure starts showing its ugly head.
