Still snow here I have to wait 3 more months...
Here you have a vid from the first ever test on the track.
I ran 8.52 with 15 psi on a track without trackbite.

Is a recess/groove cut into the head as well? And when machined into the block is the cut made a distance so that is basically a groove with walls on both sides of the ring, or is the ring part of the bore? What Im trying to say is the inside of the ring going to be the same diameter of the bore or is actually cut into the deck outside the cylinder.

i am kinda curious about this, i have my C5R block apart right now and would LOVE to see if i can beat your HP mark. Can you get me a approx price for some for a allum block with a 4.130 bore? And about how long to get these things made?
If you could get it to hold 1600hp on the engine dyno i bet you would sell a TON of these to guys stuck with 4bolt LS blocks that wanna make over 1000hp at the wheels without tons of headgasket problems.
Are there any downsides to doing this? Do they need to be changed often, or anything that would be bad for street use?

1600 hp would be easy. We have them in 1200 hp 4 cyl cars without any problems. And we use it in daily driven street cars with high amount of boost. The only downside is that you have to mill the head every 2-3rd time you pull the head off. Price is ~ $600 shipped to your door with UPS.

What info do you need to know to get a set for an allum block?
Does this change the deck height of the block, or do i just have to cut a recess into the sleve? What is the "gasket thickness" of this setup. If my pistons are set up to run a little bit out of the hole will that be a problem?
If someone had a stock ls1 and wanted to do this without changing pistons, rods, rings, crank, heads could it be done? That would basically answer my question.
Thanks
