magnacharged 402ci throwing random misfire code?

magnacharged 402ci throwing random misfire code? we currently have a 05 gto in our shop that we installed 402ci slp short block and a magnacharger. we recomended a low compression 402, but he ordered the high compression model to try to get more hp. we put the stock 243 ls2 heads and cam back on. also new ac delco plugs(magnacharger recomended) and msd wires. all gaskets are good, no leaks. plugs are good and coils are good. the car keeps throwing a random misfire code. we have went over this car many times and cant find anything wrong. the mis isnt even bad enough to feel inside the car. i talked to slp and they said that it could be a tuning issue. we want to have it dyno tuned but we want to make sure its running good before we do. can tuning fix something like a random misfire?
If its happening at WOT then it is more then likely the plugs as they are too hot and gapped to far more then likely. Run a Tr6 at .032 and have it tuned before going WOT.
Is this happening under wot or just cruising?
Set the misfire revolution mode to 32767 in all tables.
If its under wot its probably plugs. I agree get tr6s, Maggie is not an expert on all cars these cars like the ngks.

F magnuson, they don't know what the hell they're talking about. If you're running a tune from them I suggest re-tuning it as well as changing to TR6s at .032
The tune they gave me was BS and the car was breaking up bad with the stock plugs at stock gap (what they recommend).
