The sender is probably 1/8" NPT, for my use I took
a cheapo Actron gauge with its Schrader fitting and
put a T-block & nipple to hook the dial gauge and
sender to the hose.
If you have aftermarket rails then probably just
pipe bushings; for stock you need a Schrader
fitting and it's going to be kind of a contraption
I think. You might also be able to work with the
soft line, get some fittings and T into that but
you're dealing with high fuel pressures and it
might not go so well (reliable) as hard plumbing.

Ok guys, correct me if im wrong.... The sender is a 1/8"npt and the stock fuel rail schrader is a 1/4 flare. If you hold your money and go to any a/c refrigeration dealer I.E. Barsco, united refrigeration, weathertrol, coburns etc they will have those fittings. I didnt want to purchase a sending unit and mess(I have their Phantom2 line fuel gauge), so I used a Novar pressure transducer 0-100psi/0-5vdc and was able to find all my fittings at the supply house. I put a tee w/ schrader so i could tap onto it later if I wanted to. Good luck
