I'm out of idea's in how to get this new fuel pump from leaking inside the tank. I tried using the worm gear style clamp supplied with the kit, that didn't work. I tried two of those clamps, that didn't work. I tried two of the T-clamp style clamps, and that worked better, but it didn't completely seal it. I got a great tip from MORE performance about heating up the tube to shrink it, then putting on the clamps, and I thought that cured it. Put it all back together, and it did the exact same thing again.
The last alternative I can come up with is running a short length of braided line between the pump and the top of the assembly. Has anybody done this, or does anyone have any tips about how to do it?

mine is setup like so...
walbro 340 to rubber 3/8" hose
to barbed 6an hose end
to 6an to 8an
to 8an bulkhead
to 8an braided line
Down the road, upgrading to dual walbro should be a matter of adding a t-connector and another 3/8" hose to another walbro.
Pressure holds fine so I'm pretty sure there are no leaks on mine. Make sure your rubber hose in tank is rated for high pressure.

The in tank line was supplied with the Racetronix kit. I'm not interested in upgrading the entire sending line right now, I just want it work correctly. I've been battling fuel issues for a long time now, and it's getting extremely frustrating.

Thanks Dave, that's not exactly what I was looking for, but it's close.
I called up Billingsley Racing last night and they had some -6AN braided line on hand, but no fuel injection hose. I think I'm going to try and clamp the braided line on there just like you did the fuel injection hose. Shouldn't be much different since they both have rubber cores.
No place in town stocks the right size fuel injection hose.
