100 base is too high, maybe about 75psi base, and letting them come up to 90psi or so under boost. At or around 90psi things get inconsistent and at 100 down right scary.

i thought 30% bigger was the norm for e85 or was that only for NA engines?
Wondering now if its worth the effort over say just running alc /meth injection?
E85 is not even available in my province yet. In fact think only three stations in canada have it. Not exactly catching on quickly up here. But I know its been called the new hotness for FI cars.

I have heard the 96's I have could hang with 100+ base pressure.
Does anyone have thoughts on the max working pressure of 96's or 120's?
How Much is that pump?

That is a rock solid pump that is capable of well over 1500hp on e85. Pretty cool how it bolts right onto the a/c bracket!

I got my 60s in and running e85.
I have good idle, but rich.
Starts out lean when I start her up 16 to 17 AFR, than there's a swing to rich high 12 AFRs to mid 13s.... It settles into high 15AFR range. Still working on it.
Just reporting on progress for those interested.

will do. i just met up with him a few days ago so parts should be getting ordered now, and he'll be piecing everything together within the month or so.

i live by the sawgrass mall and there is an e85 station by the swap shop so its only 10-15 min drive. i plan on filling my car, as well as a few 5 gallon jugs to keep me from going constantly.

Not at idle and cruise. If using a normal wideband and AFR, tune it like on gas.
How much is E85 down there? I just paid $1.66 gal , I got 41 gallons this time in 5 gallon jugs. I normally fill a 55 gallon drum, but didn't bother bringing the trailer this time.

I'm using a method that would allow me to tune like regular gas. HPTuner software...added 30% more fuel to VE tables and tuning like normal.

maxgee any update on the process?
Im thinking about converting to E85 as well. My currrent setup makes 535whp. fuel system is stock except 60lb and KB BAP on 99' corvette. Just wondering what would be the cheapiest way to go? I thought switching to 75lb injectors and adding another walbro pump, leaving everything else stock. What do you think guys would that work?

Still at it, my idle has rich AFR high 12s low 13s, all else is good. I'm going to add an adjustable FPR with boost reference 1:1 riser. I am going to wait until 3rd week of April to get this done as I want to enjoy the car at some. I'm tweaking here and there to see if I get the injectors to 14s.
How is your AFR at idle?

Had the day off from work and plugged in a new Inj offset numbers from Shoaf85 here on the forum. Worked out great, idle is dead on 14s
