i no it so weird my mileage is bad...i thought car felt little and I mean a little ruff but its cold. I am so tempted to pay you for your time to put it on your computer and see what everything is doing

DFCO works as much as it can now without interfering with driveabilty. Airflow lookup mode table setup (and switchpoints re-cal'd) to allow cruising at 16.1~16.2:1 on the highway at light throttle. Get the car any leaner and it will buck.
My last guess is highway cruise RPMs being around 2500 from the rear gear in the car.
