I need yalls help...
DFCO works as much as it can now without interfering with driveabilty. Airflow lookup mode table setup (and switchpoints re-cal'd) to allow cruising at 16.1~16.2:1 on the highway at light throttle. Get the car any leaner and it will buck.
My last guess is highway cruise RPMs being around 2500 from the rear gear in the car.
