Injectors not firing

Injectors not firing What all would keep the injectors from firing?? I checked the wires from the computer to each injector, the map sensor is new, tps is new and everything works correctly except the injectors won't fire and the car won't run. Ideas?? Stupid ideas?? Anything??
Could be the injector controler in the computer is burnt out. Wild guess...
Is the car tuned for the injectors? I would suggest calling the place where you bought them and see whats up. Did the car ever run after the injectors were put in?

The car was running when I pulled the head to check a valve, it was good. When I put the car back together it started but told me that my map sensor was bad. I changed that the car ran fine. When I went to restart it a week later it didn't start. The car has had the 60lbs in it for three years without any problems and yes it is tuned for it. Since I can't get the car started I am having a problem figuring out what is keeping it from working.
