I work for a dealer as a tech, and I have to say that a fuel INJECTOR flush is a worthwhile maintenance item. However, 60k really isn't enough time for your upper engine to need a clean, so they're probably just trying to make money. I will sell these on cars with 100k and over, but thats it. That is the only thing we really have to go on, but it is good maintenance, just not time for it yet. We do use a special air charged tool that hooks to the fuel pressure test port to do it, and we pull the fuel pump relay to keep the solvent out of the rest of the engine. Hold on to your money for now.
