Would ultimately depend on what power level you wanted to support, but it sounds like 60 lbers should match the turbo fairly well.

I know for a NA application 8 - 60lb injectors would be safe up to 768hp, so that seems a little small to me for a FI setup, but I could be wrong.

I'm basing my calculations off research I did 2 years ago, so someone else might be able to chime in...

I just bought a set of 60lb Siemens Dekas...they are rated at 60lb at 43 psi. If you run them at 58 (stock ls1 pressure), they will flow closer to 72lbs. Something to consider.

You will need pumps to support this and a FPR so that your equivalent seen fuel pressure at the injector ramps up with the added boost.

I would say 80# rated at 43.5psi

my reasoning behind that is I'm running 79# and ran a 71% duty cycle making 650 & 680 at 11.5 AFR

huh, so if i have a racetronics pump with wiring harness with 60# injectors and maybe some billet fuel rails for "flare" lol shold be a good foundation for 500rwhp (and a good tune of course lol) gona be using a T72 or T76 with a .84 AR

here is the kicker... the 255 pump maxes out at 51.3LB/hr ...

https://ls1tech.com/forums/2638447-post1.html

You will be able to make 500rwhp with your mentioned setup. If you push beyond that, you will need a larger pump or second pump. And make sure you have a FPR.

sorry if I forgot to mention that in all the PMs we had. Fuel pumps and injectors are about the same with regards to flow and realizing there maximums

yeh you will be fine. Me on the other hand...I'm going to have to dial it back to keep from making 750 and having to upgrade injectors.... this 6.0L and boost absolutely love each other
