Default Changing stock 26# to stock 28.8# injectors, with no tune?

I searched and couldn't find an answer...

After changing stock 26# to stock 28.8# fuel injectors, will it be ok to drive on for a while without a tune? Or should i get it tuned right away?

It's in your best interest to get it tuned...

I understand that a tune is best, and I plan on getting it done.

But can I drive the car ~20 miles without issue to get home?
