Default Thinking about buying Speed Inc. Fuel rails I hear there is more needed please help

Im looking at buying just the rails at the moment with mounting kit. I know I need a crossover line. But doesnt removing the stock rails mean the stock regulator is gone? So now a fuel rail kit turns into buying a regulator, and the additional AN fittings correct me if Im wrong.

On your 01, the regulator in is the tank. You just need supply to each rail either by a Y in the feed or a crossover.

Its what GM calls a pulsator which does nothing hence they removed it in later cars. I have install kits for all rails.
