Injector removal help Anyone have any tricks for removing fuel injectors on a gen III? I have the rail loose, but they just dont want to pop out. I dont want to pry too hard and break something

Once you have the electrical cords disconnected, wiggle rail around until they let loose, sometimes its somewhat hard to separate. They are just held in with an oring both at rail and intake.
