Default do i have enough injector?

im currently running a heads / cam ls1 with all the bolt on and will be installing a procharger p1sc-1 with lower compression heads and a blower specific cam with the intentions to achieve at least 550rwhp. currently i have 36lbhr injectors on the motor and am wondering if they'll be enough for my new setup?

Nope, you will need bigger. Call Jon at http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/, he will set up with the right injector.

Default injector

a 36lbs injector at 4bar
40.67556 40.98559 41.23361 41.41962 41.72965 42.03968 42.22570 42.47372 42.65973 42.96976 43.15578 43.46580 43.65182 43.89984 44.08586 44.39589 44.58190
So you would need somehting closer to 48.75lbs to support 650hp at 100%

A 42lbs injector at 4 bar.
47.55816 47.86819 48.17822 48.36423 48.67426 48.98429 49.29431 49.60434 49.85236 50.10038 50.41041 50.72044 50.96846 51.27849 51.58851 51.77453 52.08456

Remeber most injectors are rated at 3 bar we run a 4 bar on the Ls1 so the injectors will act much differant. If you think the motor is gonna put down 550 rear wheel then crank is roughly 650
0.6 X 650hp /8 = 48.75 lbs injector
0.6 x 700hp /8 = 52.5 lbs injector at 100% so if you look at the scale you can figure out.

just remeber your not gonna be at the max injector all the time. Just my 2 cents, or at the top page is a chart for injector selection.

Use this calculator and you should not be over 80% duty cycle.
