Help me choose my whole fuel system for Cam/Nitrious 5.3 Ok so heres the deal, Swapping a 5.3 into my 95 s10 and working on figuring out my entire fuel system right now. The 5.3 will eventually have a mid sized cam and will get hit with a 150shot on a regular basis and maybe a 175shot if i get greedy some nights...
It will have a 10-12 gallon sumped fuel cell,
1. have to choose either -6 or -8 fuel line....
2. Pump is either a 255lph or bosch 044 (300lph) Both would be inline pumps...
3. Regulator- Was planning on doing the corvette reg/filter set up with -6 but dont think that works with a -8 setup, so i would have to look into a different reg and filter (suggestions?)
4. Injectors for now will be stock camaro injectors? i believe the 01-02 are 28#'s? correct me if im wrong, all this ls1 stuff is new to me...
If you have anyother suggestions or info i'm open to anything....
