What else to check in the fuel system?

What else to check in the fuel system? My LTFT's are maxed out at 25 and the problem developed gradually in a last half year or so, although I do have a ported MAF. So, while I plan to get and play with MAFT, I thought it'd be a good idea to check that the fuel system is 100%. I got the fuel pressure test kit - at idle it's ~58-60psi, and it drops *slightly* at WOT (couple psi). So I guess it went through the test Ok.
My question is - is there anything else to check regarding the fuel? Or should I concentrate on tuning? The car is mostly stock with minor bolt-ons. Could that be in any way related to fuel issues or I'm to assume that the fuel system is perfect if I press the pedal to the floor in the parking lot and fuel pressure is Ok?

I think I might try the top-end cleaner to make sure there is no junk on the inside...
