he didn't say anything about going forced induction...those injectors you have would be FREAKING HUGE for him.

I would grab somewhere around a 42# to 47# injector, maybe even 50# but I would consider that to be large.

are you staying naturally aspirated or plan on going with some boost?

how much HP is the 383 putting out? if you take your HP #'s and X's it by 0.070 you will get your injector size that you need to run,.. for example if i have a 400hp car i would do 400 x 0.070 = 28 so i would use 28lb injectors, just a little trick i was taught by a great engine builder, hope this helps

400 motor HP OR rear wheel? 400 rear wheel would have those 28# injectors hauling ***, probably at or above 100%....

I would get some 42# or larger injectors honestly. Hell grab some 48# and be done with it.

Assuming a decent tune, and limiting the duty cycle to 85%, you can only reliably make 400 flywheel HP with a 28#/HR injector. It may sound conservative, but you don't want to push the duty cycle too high. My "rule-of-thumb" (normally aspirated) is multiply flywheel HP by 0.07 to get the minimum injector size. Example.... 500 flywheel HP x 0.07 = 35 #/HR.

You should be good with some 42s. My setup was only at 68% DC with Racetronix 42 lbers at ~450rw.
