got a bad fuel pump?? 1)fuel pump starts wining after car runs over 15 mins
2)every now and then ill start the car it will die immediately, then i try to restart and nothing happens, it doesnt even try to start. Ill prime the system by turning key on and off a few times and every things fine for a while.
This is bad fuel pump correct?
Would i be fine replacing just fuel pump and leaving the factory sending unit & Assembly?
Does anyone know if the ebay fuel pumps are ok or are they garbage?

A 98 is an odd single year application. I would stay away from Ebay generic stuff. There are too many chinese knockoff pumps out there.
