Glad to hear you got it going, I cant believe that ground wire under the seat is part of the fuel circuit.

yeah i wouldnt have thought so either but after trying everything else and sitting and staring at it for hours i finally said well its a ground and pushed it against the seat post and it started right up. weird thing is last time i heard run before the swap it didnt have a seat in it at all so im not sure how it was starting then.

I have a question is it going to be hard to swap a 3.8 to a ls1?

if you mean put an ls1 into a 3.8 body it was a pain but not all that bad.
