Fuel System Qs I have picked out my Fuel System for My 68 Camaro. I am goin to be using a Seppd Inc. Fuelsystem Kit 1, a stock tank and attaching a baffled sump. My question is, how do i get a fuel level sengine unit to hook up to a guage? Should i buy a stock 68 sending unit and just not hook up the fuel lines? What other options do i have?
I would just get your factory 68 tank sumped. You can use your factory sending unit, and your factory fuel gauge will work.
The tank we offer is for 98-02 F-bodys. I really dont think it would fit well in your first gen. Get the system we offer without the tank, it is $400 cheaper. A sump is about $60, and it shouldnt cost you more than $100-150 to get your tank cleaned/boiled, and having it welded in.

Well iv found an even easier way now. Autometer sells a Universal Fuel Level Sender
For 240ohmE/33ohmFull gauge models. Adjustable for 5" - 24" deep tank. Part # 3262
