Can it be done... yes.
How reliable will it be at that level... marginal at best.
Can it be done with LS1 factory lines and in-tank regulator system... not likely.

An inline pump will help sustain volume at higher pressures BUT not do much to improve the overall volume capacity of the pump in the tank. Drawing through a pump of lesser capacity inevitably translates into a restriction.

would 650rwhp be fine for just the 340 and a boost a pump?

That all depends on you operating pressure and BSFC.
W/o a front-mounted FPR line pressure drop is unavoidable.

d1sc...has nitrous also but doubt it will be used since finally turning the boost up to where it should be.

maxing the blower out and hoping for around 14-16 psi on a 383.

For 700rwhp with a blower I'd be looking at dual intanks, or like what I did, one more more external fuel pumps with a manually adjustable regulator. I am running a Weldon 2025 single external, Speed Inc. drag tank, and a Weldon regulator. If I were to do it all over again I would have looked into running dual Bosch or Aeromotive external pumps.

tell me more about the pressure deal...

the last time we had it on the dyno it seemed like the FP went down to around 48-49...cant really remember though. that was at 7-8 psi. now were going back with around 7-8 more psi. will the pressure drop of that much more and is that a bad thing?

The more boost you push the more the pressure is going to drop. It is a bad thing and the only real way to cure it is to build a fuel system with a adjustable fuel pressure regulator w/ boost referance. Shoot me an e-mail I can get you a list of the parts involved.
