Default thinking i have a fueling problem

ok well, i just rolled my car out of the garage with the forged 408, started right up, i have a tune on it that i somewhat modeled after a tune i found in hptuners repository of another 408. i will be taking it to get dyno tuned as soon as i install my walbro and wideband.
anyways, my problem is, that as soon as i start down the highway, the engine just dies, like it hit some kind of fuel cutoff. it wont start back up for about 10 minutes, but then it will just fire right back up. almost like it needs to cool down. the actual coolant temps are perfect. it idles great, revs fine, just cant go anywhere before it shuts down.

What's the fuel pressure doing when this happens?
Datalog it, and see what's going on when it dies?
