Default Yet another regulator question

What is actually the difference between the Aeromotive 13101 and the 13109? I am thinking the 13109 is the way to go, seems like the only real difference is the size of the ports.
Anybody used the 13105? It is a lot more compact, I really only need the one inlet on it.
Oh yeah, it is probably going to be used with the speed inc rails.
