Default kink in fuel line picture inside...

So honestly does anyone think this kink unkinks itself at 60psi or do you think I had a serious restriction. It's got 58-60psi at the rail but who's to say the volume is or isn't there? Whats your thoughts guys?

NO! It won't "unkink itself".. @60psi, or at 100, most likely.
Fix it.

Is that metal or plastic? looks like the same line used near the fuel filter? That area kinks too but doesnt really stay kinked, just leaves a crease in the line on one side. Wish there was a replacement for that filter line.

It's plastic and thats the line and where its kinked is where the line turns and goes up to the fuel rail. The car didn't seem to be running right lately (down on power) and we are tearing everything down for a turbo build and noticed that
