first off, I did the trap door method. I had the pump out in under 10 minutes and did everything step by step for the new assembly which took about a hour taking my time...

put the pump in, with the hotwire setup and the car started right up beautiful...no issues...

but twice so far, I will crank the car and it takes a good 5 seconds or so to start...

do I need to turn my key on, and have it prime itself up before I crank the car to prevent this? Im just curious...

Hey kidcamaro98, I just installed my pump kit today too. However, my kit did not come with installation instructions for the wire harness. Would you be able to email me them?

there is no instructions/

the hotwire kit is all plug and play...you plug it into the fuel pump, run it along your brake lines into the engine bay, mount the fuse and bolt it to the alternator and thats it.
