Default Racetronix F99 enough for me on E85?

Motor made 455 rear wheel on a Mustang dyno thru a 5K stalled auto,12 bolt Moser. I figure it's going near 575 at the flywheel. From all the reading I see 30% as the figure for more fuel needed on E85. So im looking at needing to supply 750 flywheel and the F99 Racetronix pump states 600 as the ceiling. I know the 42# injectors will need a bump but now I may be lookin at a bigger pump I guess. Using stock fuel lines from tank and stock rails thoughts?

i have a dual pump setup -8line attached at top of tank to a russel fuel filter, then to a MagnaFuel distribution block with individual lines feeding the back of each Speed Inc high Flow billet rail, Line out of each rail to a MagnaFuel MP9925 EFI Regulator Set at 58PSI,then a -6 line returning to the tank,Works Very well. Ford 42# greentops would have 106% Duty cycle at 4500 RPMs on E85,A set of Flow matched siemens 60# injectors From FASTERPROM put me at 69% duty cycle!!

A single pump will not supply enough fuel. I'll be glad to help you out with a dual pump setup that will easily supply enough fuel.

575 fwhp is roughly 48 gph gasoline.

That means you will need 62 gph on E85 (+30%, or BSFC = .65)

The Denso -1020 (now -1270) in-tank pump would be marginal, but would work (if it will fit your tank). Some other in-tank pumps that will work (if they will fit) with a little more safety margin are, in order of increasing capability:

Bosch 044/413
Apexi BNR-32 Skyline
Kyosan -0810

A good external pump with plenty of headroom is the Pierburg 360 L/hr 7.00228.51.0 for the Mercedes AMG.

If you run your 42# injectors static (100% dc) at 60 psi they will deliver about 66 gph, or enough for roughly 600 hp on E85. The pumps mentioned above will all supply 70+ gph at that pressure (except the Denso, 67 gph)
