Default casper hotwire....1998...

so i bought one a while ago while in iraq...now that im putting it in, dont know if its either the wrong kit...or they have the wrong one in the right package....

it says to 'unplug' the 4 wire connector on top of the fuel pump...mine being 98 does not unplug there, i see they're method of madness with the 4 wire plug, its universal and has male and a female end.... also in the pictures for this kit, it shows an inline big 8 wire plug...mine doesnt have that, just the 2-4wire connectors (at the pump, male/female), the relay (by the pump) then wire that goes up to the alternator, and has the 30a fuse.

the bag says "98-02 ls1 102150" on the instructions it says "universal gm 102150", has a list of vehicles like monte carlo, sonoma, grand prix....but no 98-02 ls1...did i get the wrong kit?

or do i cut my 4 wires, and splice theirs in?

guess i dont know what to do here, i either got the wrong kit with the right sticker....or i shouldnt have been cheap and should have just went racetronics....lmao...

someone has had to encounter this problem.

If it has a square 4 pin connector for the fuel pump connection, the kit is for 99-02. The 98 is different & connects at the rear seat area.
