Default LS3 fuel injection cylinder balance

I am looking for an opinion or 2 on an issue on a supercharged, stroked LS3. The car has been at the tuning shop for over 5 weeks now and still cant get it to fuel equally on both cylinder banks. the left is 10% more in closed loop then the right side at idle. The injectors have been flowed and moved side to side- the O2 sensors have been moved side to side and it seems that it is consistant on the left side. Its a new 416 ci built by Texas speed with a 122 blower. looks like a compression test is next. Any ideas or anyone run into an issue like this in the past. Could low compression in one hole cause this issue? I am extremely frusturated as this build has been troublesome since the start.
