Default Do I need a fuel pressure regulator for turbo build?

I'm installing an incon kit on my car and only plan on shooting for 500 rwhp. I'm going to run twin walbro 255's with a hobbs switch but do I need a fuel pressure regulator with boost reference for my current goals? I was looking at the magnafuel regulator. What do you guys think?

That's the way I'd do it. That setup affords much better fuel control, and tuning adjustments.
